Why doesn't Schoole Awards choose the winner? By allowing outside voting
the district with the most students and parents will win much of the time. I thought the idea is to choose the BEST web-site, not the web-site from the largest school district?

Anyone can nominate or vote for a school district, as long as they have a valid e-mail address and fill out all required queries on the Nomination and voting forms.

The 15 finalists for the Schoole Awards will be chosen by our industry expert panel. The panel will use a rubricto rank the nominees, and the top 15 school district sites will move on to the voting phase. The selection phase will take place from March 29th, 2010 to April 2nd, 2010.
